The patch is produced separately with dense thread stitching, allowing brand names, emblems and simple graphic details to remain clear and consistent across bulk production.

A merrowed border can be added around the patch to create a traditional raised edge, while heat-cut or laser-cut borders provide a cleaner and more modern finish. After production, the embroidered patch is securely sewn onto the front panel using reinforced attachment stitching to help prevent lifting or separation during regular wear.

Five-Panel Cotton and Mesh Crown
