The patch is produced separately with dense thread stitching, allowing brand names, emblems and simple graphic details to remain clear and consistent across bulk production.

A merrowed border can be added around the patch to create a traditional raised edge, while heat-cut or laser-cut borders provide a cleaner and more modern finish. After production, the embroidered patch is securely sewn onto the front panel using reinforced attachment stitching to help prevent lifting or separation during regular wear.

Five-Panel Cotton and Mesh Crown

The five-panel crown combines a sturdy cotton twill front panel with lightweight polyester mesh at the sides and back. The cotton front provides a stable base for secure patch attachment, while the mesh panels improve airflow and comfort during warm-weather or extended wear.

Because the five-panel construction does not have a center seam across the front, the embroidered patch can be positioned on a smooth, uninterrupted surface. This creates a cleaner presentation and allows the logo to remain the main visual focus of the hat.
