Custom Metal Badge Feature

Metal logo badges transform an ordinary trucker into a statement piece with tangible weight and premium perception. This five-panel metal logo trucker hat carries a custom-molded metal emblem on the cotton front panel — available in zinc alloy, iron, or brass with finish options including antique bronze, polished silver, matte black, and gold plating. The badge is attached through heavy-duty rivets that penetrate the front panel and lock securely on the interior side, creating a permanent bond that will not detach through normal wear, travel, or storage conditions.

Five Panel Cotton Crown

The five-panel crown construction uses 100% cotton twill for the front panel, providing a stable, dense weave that supports the metal badge’s weight without stretching or distorting around the attachment points. Cotton also accepts secondary decorations well if you want to combine the metal badge with additional embroidery or printing elsewhere on the cap. Side and rear panels feature breathable polyester mesh in black or coordinating colors, maintaining the classic trucker ventilation profile. The snapback closure fits head sizes from 7 to 7 3/4 inches with positive retention that does not slip during activity.

OEM-/ODM-tillverkning

Our metal badge trucker program covers everything from initial die design (for custom-shaped badges) through final inspection and packaging. MOQ is 200 pieces per design at USD 2.15 to USD 6.85 per unit, with custom badge tooling adding a one-time mold fee (standard circles, shields, rectangles use existing dies at no extra cost). Sampling takes 7–9 working days to produce a complete prototype with actual metal badge attached; bulk production is 18–22 working days post-approval.
