This custom 3D embroidered camo trucker hat combines a structured six-panel crown with cotton camouflage fabric, raised front embroidery and a flat bill visor. The camouflage design gives the cap a rugged outdoor appearance, while the structured front provides a stable surface for dimensional logo decoration.

The flat bill creates a modern profile suitable for outdoor brands, hunting and fishing companies, sports merchandise, streetwear collections and promotional programs.

3D-reliëfborduurwerk

The logo is embroidered directly onto the front panels using 3D puff embroidery. Foam is placed beneath selected parts of the design before stitching, allowing the letters or graphic elements to rise above the fabric surface.

This decoration method works best for bold lettering, initials, numbers and simple symbols. Smaller details can be completed with flat embroidery and combined with the raised sections for a clearer result.

Unlike an embroidered patch, the logo is integrated directly into the hat and does not use a separate patch base or border.

Katoenen camouflage-uitvoering

The crown is made from 100% cotton camouflage fabric, providing a natural woven texture and a suitable base for embroidery. Buyers can choose different camouflage styles, including woodland, hunting, desert, digital and custom-color patterns.

Because camouflage fabric is cut from a larger printed roll, the exact placement of the pattern may vary slightly between finished caps.

Six-Panel Crown and Flat Bill

The six-panel construction creates a traditional rounded crown with a center seam at the front. Logo placement and size should be planned around this seam to keep the 3D embroidery balanced and clearly visible.

The flat bill reinforces the structured shape, while the adjustable back closure provides an OSFM fit of approximately size 7 to 7 3/4.
