We are able to custom all cap style as your request. Such as snapback cap, baseball cap, trucker hat, bucket hat, 5 panel camp hat, dad hat, beanies, visor, straw hat etc. Or you can also show us one hat pic, we also custom made them done for you.
All cap style, any logo, any fabric, any color, any qty can be customized. In one words, any small details can be customized as your request.
200pcs per design per color per size.
1. After confirming your order items and quantity, we will provide you a quote and the lead time.
2. 50% deposit first; balance before shipping. We accept payments via Paypal, T/T, Western Union, etc.
3. We’ll source the materials and seek for your approval.
4. Material ordering.
5. Pre Production Samples are made for your approval.

Sample time: 7-10 working days;
Bulk order: 25-35 working days below 5000pcs;

Re sample, you have following two methods to get it.
1. Sample cost: USD50/pc including logo;
Shipping cost: USD35 via DHL Or FedEx.
2. If you can confirm order and pay us 30% deposit first, then we would like to prepare one free pre-production sample for your approval.
Our package is 25pcs per opp; then inner box; 200pcs per carton; carton size: 98*75*26cm.
For small order, we advise express, such as DHL, FedEx, Ups or TNT; Shipping cost via express is rough USD $1.8 each hat; shipping time is rough 7-10 working days.
For more caps, such as 1K or more,then we advise DDP shipping, which is cheaper, but slower, rough USD$0.5 each hat including shipping and VAT. Shipping time is rough 25-35 working days.
