- How do we work with our customers?
Clients visit our web to select cap style they like, then send their logo or design; we calculate the best price; then sample confirmed; then bulk order.
Customers first visit the website and then send us inquiries to tell us which cap style they want. Our salesman will calculate the best price when receiving your PO. After both parties confirm all the details of the order, we can go ahead with the sample. When the buyer is satisfied with the sample, he will give us the final order. After the factory has finished producing the goods, then send out to customer’s address by air.

12. How To Place Order；
Step 1: Inquiry. Send us a detailed description of the hats you want to produce in order to get a quick quote.
Step 2: Sampling (7 to 10 days). Once the quote is approved, our team will proceed with professional tech packs for your hats which we will submit for approval before we start sampling.
Step 3: Bulk production (20 to 45 days). Once the sample is approved, we will launch the bulk production.
Step 4: Delivery. We ship worldwide with the world’s best logistic companies, either by air and sea.
