This five-panel embroidered patch trucker hat features a cotton front panel, ventilated mesh back and adjustable snapback closure. The broad front area provides a clear surface for a custom embroidery patch, while the pre-curved visor gives the cap a practical, ready-to-wear shape.
Custom Embroidery Patch
The logo is first made as a separate embroidered patch and then securely sewn onto the front panel. This method creates a defined border and textured appearance that works well for brand names, bold lettering, badges and graphic logos. Patch shape, size, thread colors and border style can be adjusted to suit the artwork.
Cotton Front and Breathable Mesh Back
