Custom Glossy PU Leather Trucker Hat

This custom PU leather trucker hat combines a glossy black front, matching curved visor and breathable mesh back. The high-shine synthetic leather surface gives the cap a bold, fashion-oriented appearance suited to streetwear brands, music merchandise, nightlife promotions and statement headwear collections.

The five-panel construction creates a broad front decoration area, while the mesh rear panels improve airflow and reduce the weight of the cap.

Direct Raised Embroidery

The white and grey logo is embroidered directly onto the front panel rather than produced as a separate patch. The raised stitching creates a dimensional effect that stands out clearly against the glossy black background.
