This six-panel trucker hat combines the traditional structured silhouette of a baseball cap with the casual mesh-back ventilation of a trucker, then layers on two separate decoration methods for maximum visual impact. The primary decoration is a 3D puff embroidered logo on the front panel — raised foam embroidery that creates dimensional branding you can feel with your fingertips. Secondary decoration comes from screen-printed or sublimated graphics applied to the visor, side panels, or rear mesh, adding supporting visuals, text elements, or pattern fills that complement the main embroidered emblem.

3D Puff Embroidery Process

3D puff embroidery places a sheet of thermoplastic foam beneath the stitch area before sewing begins. When heated after embroidery, the foam expands and lifts the thread above the fabric surface, creating a raised, sculptural effect that catches light differently than flat stitching. The technique works best with bold designs featuring thick outlines, block lettering, and simplified shapes — fine details and small text below 1/4 inch height do not puff effectively and should be rendered in flat stitch instead.
