This construction is particularly valuable for embroidered logos because the firm surface prevents the puckering and distortion that can occur on softer unstructured crowns. The five-panel design eliminates the center seam running through the front, giving your embroidery or printing a clean, uninterrupted canvas that looks sharper on camera and in person.

Our standard embroidery uses high-density rayon thread at up to 12 stitches per millimeter for crisp lettering and smooth fill areas. For this foam front model, we recommend embroidery dimensions between 3 and 4 inches wide to take advantage of the available real estate without overcrowding the panel. We support flat embroidery for a traditional sewn-on appearance as well as 3D puff embroidery that raises the logo off the surface for added dimension. Thread color matching uses industry-standard Pantone references to ensure your brand colors reproduce accurately on fabric.
