Rib-Knit Structure with Print Compatibility

This unisex beanie combines a rib-knit base optimized for comfortable stretch-on-and-off wear with sublimation printing capability across the designated decoration area. Rib knit creates elastic give along opening circumference so the hat slides easily over hair and sits securely without binding pressure points. Simultaneously, the face accepts sublimation ink cleanly for vibrant graphic reproduction.

Full-Color Sublimation Print Capability

Sublimation printing technology enables full-color, photo-realistic graphics permanently bonded onto fabric fiber surface. Unlike surface-level inks sitting atop material and eventually cracking or flaking, sublimated dye becomes part of textile itself. Method faithfully reproduces gradients, photographic images, multi-tone illustrations, and fine typography without adding perceptible thickness or stiffness.

Acrylic-Cotton Blend Optimized for Print

The base material is an acrylic-cotton blend specifically selected for sublimation compatibility. Polyester-compatible face accepts dye-sublimation ink with excellent saturation and edge sharpness, while cotton-blended elements preserve acceptable hand-feel and breathability at interior surfaces contacting skin during wear.

Unisex Fit & Designer Custom Program

OSFM sizing works reliably for men and women within single SKU, reducing inventory complexity for unisex lines. Designers may submit vector artwork or raster files for print evaluation. Full private label and wholesale purchasing programs with custom packaging, hangtag, and label options included.

Sublimation File Requirements

Artwork for sublimation should be provided at 300 DPI minimum resolution in TIFF or PNG format with embedded color profiles. Full-coverage prints require artwork sized to the full printable area dimensions which our team will specify based on beanie size grade. Low-resolution sources produce noticeably inferior results.
