Custom Six-Panel 3D Embroidery Trucker Hat

This custom 3D embroidery trucker hat combines a traditional six-panel crown with breathable rear mesh and a raised front logo. The structured front panels help the cap retain its shape and provide a stable base for dimensional embroidery, while the mesh back improves ventilation during warm-weather and outdoor use.

Its classic trucker construction makes the cap suitable for streetwear collections, sports merchandise, workwear brands, outdoor companies and promotional headwear programs.

Direct 3D Puff Embroidery

The logo is embroidered directly onto the front panels using 3D puff embroidery. A foam layer is placed beneath selected sections of the design before stitching, allowing letters or graphic elements to rise above the fabric surface.

This technique works best for bold lettering, initials, numbers and simple symbols. Smaller details can be completed with flat embroidery and combined with the raised sections for a clearer finished design.

Unlike an embroidered patch, the logo does not use a separate patch base or outer border. The stitching is integrated directly into the hat.
